Recent developments include a next-generation AI reporting assistant, designed to streamline data storytelling and insight generation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the global revenue organisation, including sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations 
  • Build repeatable, multi-channel GTM engines (inbound, outbound, and partner-driven) 
  • Drive international expansion, including first key hires in North America 
  • Reduce customer churn by improving onboarding, usage, and customer support models 
  • Oversee strategic projects including AI product rollout and partner programme growth 
  • Embed operational rigour: define KPIs, implement dashboards, drive accountability 
  • Develop and grow high-performing cross-functional teams, with a strong coaching culture 
  • Translate strategic goals into operational roadmaps and measurable results 
  • Work closely with the board on long-term vision, execution, and succession planning 

Experience and track record: 

Must-Have Experience 

  • Senior leadership experience (e.g. CEO, COO, GM) in a B2B software business 
  • Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from ~€10M to €30M+ ARR 
  • Expertise in building and optimising GTM functions, including enterprise sales and channel strategy 
  • Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams 
  • Operational leadership in a resource-constrained, founder-led, or post-founder transition environment 
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with a bias for execution 
  • Experience reducing churn and improving NRR through CS, product adoption, and lifecycle management 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience succeeding a founder CEO or operating within a founder succession context 
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS or embedded BI/analytics tools 
  • Experience launching or monetising AI or data products 
  • Understanding of revenue metrics and SaaS financials, with ownership of commercial KPIs 
  • Track record of team building and executive leadership in international scale-ups
