Key responsibilities:
Our client is a privately held B2B SaaS company founded in 2014, operating fully remotely with a European HQ. The business delivers enterprise-grade, standards-based data visualisation and analytics software, deeply embedded within a major global software partner ecosystem.
The company has grown from zero to €10M ARR, is forecasting c.40% year-on-year growth, and is targeting €30M+ ARR within the next five years. This role will lead the primary growth engine of the business and play a pivotal role in international scaling, with a particular focus on US expansion.
Marketing Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
- Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch execution
- Act as a senior, highly collaborative member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and Board
Demand Generation & Growth
- End-to-end ownership of demand generation across SEO/GEO, paid channels, webinars, digital events, lifecycle marketing, and self-serve motions
- Drive high-quality pipeline and optimise MQL, SQL, and PQL performance
- Optimise CAC, LTV, ARR growth, and churn through data-led decision making
Product, Brand & Content Marketing
- Lead product marketing, content, brand, video, and thought leadership
- Oversee website optimisation, CRO, and digital customer journeys
- Support enterprise sales motions alongside self-serve and PLG models
International Expansion
- Support and scale international growth with a strong emphasis on US market entry
- Build a globally consistent but locally effective marketing engine
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, distributed marketing team
- Build cadence, clarity, and operational rigour across the marketing function
- Manage and scale the marketing budget in partnership with the CFO
Experience and track record:
Professional Background
- Senior B2B SaaS marketing leader with scale-up experience
- Proven success building and scaling global marketing functions
- Experience supporting both self-serve/PLG and enterprise GTM models
Sector & Ecosystem Experience
- Background in BI, analytics, data visualisation, or adjacent technology sectors
- Experience working within large partner ecosystems highly advantageous
- Exposure to enterprise and complex customer environments preferred
Commercial & Analytical Capability
- Strong command of SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, MQL, SQL, PQL
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
- Comfortable managing and scaling a material marketing budget
