With the launch of six new compliance products and the growing success of their automated finance management platform, they now offer CFOs comprehensive control over their financial data on a single platform. 

Role summary:

Reporting to the Chief Client Experience Officer, collaborating on cross-selling opportunities, the four key requirements are: 

  1. Exceed team targets for net retention, NPS and the pipeline for incremental growth. 
  1. Manage and coach the team of 6+ Account Managers globally. 
  1. Proactively communicate with the SLT to develop and implement risk mitigation, retention and growth plans.  

As the Global VP of Client Success, your focus will be on reducing churn and increasing annual recurring revenue through software and managed services sales, with an emphasis on scalable cross-sell and upsell strategies. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leading commercial activities within individual accounts while overseeing the global Client Success operations team. 
  • Managing a global team across the UK, North America, and Australia. 
  • Implementing processes, adopting tools, and establishing best practices while cultivating strong relationships with key executives, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Providing senior leadership with proactive reporting, conducting strategic account analyses, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 
  • Developing actionable, outcome-driven engagement plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep understanding of client needs will help identify and mitigate risks, while providing expert guidance and support. Building long-term relationships with clients and partners, you will be seen as a trusted authority, offering leadership, confidence, and constructive challenges.
